Shipping policy

Will usually post your order within 5 business days of receiving cleared payment.

Orders with pre-order/in stock items will be sent once all the items on the order are available. If any of the pre-order items are no longer available, then a refund will be provided for those pre-order items. The order will be sent as a whole and not in parts, unless the purchaser requests it and pays for the additional shipping costs.

For local pick up orders, once the order/payment is received then a suitable day/time and the location will be provided for pick up.
